Technical Specifications
•The flow rate of the device is 120 l/h
•The heating is done indirectly via a plate heat exchanger with heated water through electric resistances
•The unit is equipped with a two-stage homogenizer in the heating phase with an adjustable flow
•Sterilization temperature is adjustable between 75 and 140 °C
•Flexible hot holding times: adjustable between 5 sec, 15 sec and 5 min
•Cooling to filling temperature is done with tap water
•Sterile filling in a laminar flow is possible
